RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting the Handpicked Handicraft by purchasing our products. We appreciate your contribution to our mission of promoting and preserving traditional handicrafts. Please carefully read our Return and Refund Policy before making any purchases.

  1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales of physical products through our website, handpickedhandicraft.com, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased.

  1. Physical Products (Handcrafted Items)

All handcrafted products sold through our website are unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or design, which are a natural part of the handmade process. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for physical products once they have been shipped.

  1. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are in cases where the product received is significantly damaged or defective upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the product at  helphandpicked@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS?

You have to self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request in 2 – 5 business days. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will not be reimbursed by us.

Returns on the grounds of quality and color will not be considered as return reasons. Returns are only possible if a wrong product is received or damaged by any chance. Opening video is mandatory for exchange or return of the stuff. Share images/video of the damaged area /product for better and easy return. 

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
