In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, DHL, Shiprocket,Shipglobal, USPS, UPS.
Delivery Timeline:
For India
- While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 7-10 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-8 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 7-10 working days.
For Countries other than India
- It takes minimum 10-15 days for delivery of the bought products. In some cases it might take even 3 weeks to deliver from the date of booking.
Shipping Charges:
- Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at 08860562717 or mail us at helphandpicked@gmail.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Cancellation Policy
HANDPICKED HANDICRAFT reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should either call us at 8860562717 or email us at helphandpicked@gmail.com stating the ORDER No.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Handpicked Handicraft & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can email us at helpandpicked@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
SALE
Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.
Customized Products/Orders
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
Order delay/cancellations due to delay
Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your advice on the matter which may result in your order being delayed. Any delay due to weather conditions, public holidays and any other unforeseen circumstances are not subject to cancellation.
At any point in time during the production process, the product cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time, will Handpicked Handicraft issue refunds more than the value of the product.
